3. Deposit payment — Typically 30-50% to begin production.
4. Production — Standard lead time: 4-8 weeks after sample approval, depending on customization.
5. Quality inspection — Each unit inspected before shipping. You can arrange your own third-party inspection.
6. Balance payment + shipping — Balance due before release of goods.
7. After-sales support — We handle warranty claims directly. You do not need to become a repair technician.

• ODM (customize existing models): As low as 1 unit for color/logo changes on select models
• OEM (your own design): Typically 5-20 units minimum, depending on frame complexity
• Container orders (20ft): Best per-unit pricing — ideal for salon chains or distributors stocking up
• Mixed container: Combine different models to fill a 20ft container — most cost-effective for smaller chains

• ⚠️ “MOQ of 1 for OEM” — Unless it is ODM with trivial changes, this is not realistic for quality manufacturing
