Our Story
Nova did not begin as a trading desk with a catalog. The company grew out of a manufacturing workshop that built welded steel frames for beauty beds, and that origin still shapes how we work: engineering, upholstery, electrical assembly, and final inspection all happen in-house rather than being handed to subcontractors. Over years of export orders the range expanded from a single bed model into full salon lines — shampoo stations, barber and styling chairs, pedicure chairs, nail furniture, and the reception pieces that tie a whole fit-out together. What has not changed is the operating model. We build to order, we photograph every batch during production, and the same export team stays on an account from the first quotation to the final delivery.
Inside the Factory
Our facility runs dedicated production lines per category rather than mixing everything on one line, so a beauty bed order and a shampoo bed order each get consistent tooling and the same experienced hands. The team of more than 200 people spans welding, painting, upholstery, electrical wiring, packing, and after-sales service. Standard orders move through production in 10–15 working days, and every electric unit is bench-tested before it is wrapped for shipment. Clients range from single-studio owners to distributors buying by the container, so batch sizes stay flexible: the minimum order is one unit, and larger orders are scheduled with photo updates at each checkpoint so you can watch your furniture being built.
