Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the return, replacement, and refund terms for products purchased from NovaBeauty (novaspaequipment.com). Because we sell wholesale and professional equipment to businesses, our policy is structured around damage claims, defects, and the manufacturer’s warranty.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of wholesale B2B transactions, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing before your order is confirmed. This applies to standard stock products and, in particular, custom or made-to-order products, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Defective Products on Arrival
If your products arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the damage/defect
- A short description of the issue
After we evaluate the claim, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following:
- Replacement of the affected items, or
- Repair at our cost, or
- Refund for the affected items
3. Warranty Coverage
All NovaBeauty products include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering normal commercial use.
Covered: defects in materials, workmanship, and factory assembly.
Not covered: damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and supporting documentation. We will evaluate and arrange replacement parts, repair, or replacement as appropriate.
4. Return Process
For approved returns (our error or covered defect):

2. We will confirm the resolution (replacement, repair, or refund) before you return anything.
3. If a physical return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping for our-error returns is paid by us; otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer or letter of credit) within 7–14 business days of approval. Refund amounts are limited to the purchase price of the affected items; shipping and duties are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
6. Cancellations
Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests received before production starts may be subject to a handling fee covering work already performed and materials ordered.
