How much is the shampoo bed?

How many motors does it have?

What is the weight capacity?
Our beds support up to 150-200 kg (330-440 lbs), suitable for most clients. We also have heavy-duty models available upon request.
What material is the upholstery?

How long does shipping to the US take?
- Sea freight: 25-35 days to major US ports
- Air freight: 7-10 days (faster but higher cost)
We handle all export/import documentation and can assist with US customs clearance if needed.
What’s the shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on quantity and method. For a 1x20ft container (about 20 units), sea freight is usually the most economical. I’ll calculate the exact cost when I know your order quantity.
Do you ship to my country?

How is the bed packed for shipping?
All beds are packed with pallet packing (strong wooden pallet + cardboard box) to ensure safe delivery. We also offer LCL (less than container load) options for smaller orders.

What’s the warranty?
2-year warranty included. Spare parts are shipped free of charge during warranty. We also provide video installation guidance and 24/7 online technical support.
What if something breaks after warranty?
We continue to provide spare parts at cost price. Most parts are universal and easy to replace. We also offer technical support via video call if needed.
How do I install the bed?
Most beds come 90% pre-assembled. Installation takes about 30-60 minutes with our video guide. No special tools required.

Can I order a sample first?
Yes, sample order is welcome. Sample price is same as bulk price + shipping. Sample fee can be deducted from bulk order when you place a larger order later.

- T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
